The Helen Francis Cake Company, based in Leeds, makes handmade and decorated cup cakes. There are eight delicious and exquisite cup cakes to choose from. Over a year in development, each recipe has been honed and perfected, and is made using only the finest quality ingredients, and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The cup cakes are made to order, elegantly presented, and delivered to your door.
Helen Francis Cup Cakes are made with real ingredients, not flavourings or essences and we do not use shop bought decorations, such as edible glitter or sprinkles, to decorate our Cup Cakes. For example, the Lemon Cup Cakes are flavoured with lemon zest and juice and finished with lemon curd that is hand made locally, the Vanilla Fudge Nut Cup Cakes are made with Madagascan Bourbon vanilla extract and topped with our own roasted caramelised hazelnuts, and the Caramel and White Chocolate Cup Cakes are decorated with our own caramel.
Cup cakes are perfect for birthdays, office functions, children’s parties, christenings, weddings, and all other special occasions. They are also great for hosting afternoon tea, and for simply treating yourself or a loved one.
Company History
Francis Willmot loved eating cakes, Helen Willmot loves baking them. From these roots, The Helen Francis Cake Company was born.
Founded in August 2006, the company started out with a stall at the Leeds Farmers Market. Within a few months, largely through word of mouth, the company was supplying some of the most elegant food businesses in and around Leeds.
